Josh Alan is a Houston-based artist and educator focused on experimentation in the space between collage and photography. He studied painting as an undergrad at Texas State University and is a self-taught photographer. His work is a series of experiments in photographic processes and found materials. He teaches high school photography and is an advocate for public schools.
